Proposal Coordinator

Taher, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to manage and support the full RFP lifecycle for K-12 and institutional food service contracts across multiple states. We are a 45-year-old privately held company based in Minnesota and the 21st largest company in its field.

This role oversees compliance review, timeline management, cross-functional coordination, document production, and final submission of proposals, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposal submissions.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal coordination and 5–7 years of experience in bid management, preferably within K-12 or food service management environments.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple concurrent bids while ensuring accuracy and alignment with evaluation criteria.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and SharePoint is required, including experience formatting professional proposal documents and maintaining organized digital proposal libraries.
• Based in the Twin Cities is preferred, but open to a remote position.
