Account Relationship Manager

This is a contract position as an Account Relationship Manager, offering a hybrid work environment based in Redondo Beach, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, you will manage client accounts, nurture relationships with existing partners, and identify opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring account satisfaction. Additionally, the role entails creating and implementing account strategies, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

• Experience in account management, client relationship building, and customer service excellence
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze account performance metrics and develop actionable strategies
• Proficiency in tools such as CRM software and data analysis platforms
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to both in-office and remote work scenarios
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in e-commerce or international business is a plus
