Remote Revenue Operations Analyst Internship

We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented intern to support high-impact Revenue Operations initiatives centered on data integrity and account intelligence. In this role, you'll help improve CRM accuracy and completeness by researching customer organizations, validating account hierarchies, and expanding persona-based contact coverage within key accounts—using AI tools to accelerate and standardize research.

• Support CRM data cleansing initiatives to improve account and contact accuracy.
• Research and validate customer account hierarchies, including identifying relevant locations and filtering non-target entities.
• Assist in persona-based contact identification to increase coverage within priority/key accounts.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to ensure CRM completeness supports pipeline generation and expansion strategies.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance account and contact research, improving speed and consistency of results.
• Support development of repeatable research workflows.
• Contribute insights that improve targeting, prioritization, and sales efficiency by helping the team better understand where to focus.

• How B2B SaaS GTM teams operationalize ICP and buyer persona frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted data enrichment and research workflows.
• How high‑quality CRM data supports segmentation, prioritization, pipeline creation, and account expansion strategy.
• How to document and deliver a repeatable process that a Rev Ops team can maintain post‑internship.

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data.

• Interest in learning and applying AI tools to improve work quality and efficiency.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and/or B2B data sources and enrichment tools.
