Operations Manager
Sodexo has an opening for an eProcurement System Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the full lifecycle of an enterprise master data management tool containing supplier, distributor, and purchase unit data, along with associated attributes and workflows. This role will lead the design, planning, testing, and implementation of the tool as well as its integrations with downstream systems.
The position will collaborate closely with Supply Management teams, IS&T, Accounts Payable, cross‑functional business partners, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery and ongoing system performance.
This is a remote position. Candidates should reside in the Eastern or Central time zones.
What You’ll DoKey responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements, conduct needs assessments, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and document test scripts, oversee a user-acceptance testing team, and monitor and track testing progress, escalations and resolutions.
- Provide training, troubleshooting support, and advanced analysis for Supply Management stakeholders and connected systems.

What You Bring- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven project management experience with large-scale systems or application implementations
- Experience using testing and lifecycle management tools such as Azure Dev Ops or comparable platforms
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
