Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000

Contractor Work Model:
Remote with 50%-65% Travel

Hours:

40 hours/week

• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed growth targets
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to expand market presence
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and distributors
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and risks
• Direct the implementation of effective sales policies, practices, and procedures
• Coach, mentor, and develop sales representatives and distributor partners
• Utilize CRM and dashboards to track performance and ensure accountability
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and reporting processes to drive results and continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to align on customer needs and execution of sales plans

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years in sales leadership role within packaging or equipment industries
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding ambitious sales goals
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
• Analytical thinker with strategic mindset and solid financial acumen
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, and high-performing teams
• Proactive, adaptable, and motivated by continuous improvement and growth
