• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Sourcing, or Business Operations
• Direct experience as an admin or owner of procurement technology, such as Zip, Coupa, or Ariba
• Proven ability to create efficient processes without compromising compliance
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex workflows for executive audiences
• High proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools for tracking departmental performance

• Experience in high-growth SaaS or Private Equity-backed environments
• Background in a technical role or strategic sourcing/procurement within a technical setting
• Relevant certifications such as CSPO, PMP, or CPSM
