The PositionAs an integral member of our Host Relations team, you will work on the supply side of the business, helping small businesses, farms, and non-profits on Harvest Hosts. This full time, remote role will be focused on supporting the recruitment of new Host locations, as well as driving the success of our existing Host network.
Note:
This role will focus on our B2B, or supply, side of the business, not the member facing side.
You will play a pivotal role in this process by driving the efficiency and success of our Hub Spot CRM system. Your contributions will be instrumental in optimizing our Host marketing, recruiting, and lifecycle efforts, ensuring that our Hubspot instance remains a cornerstone of our Host Relations operations.
You will be tasked with overseeing various aspects of database management, including maintaining data accuracy, supporting segmentation creation for marketing and recruiting efforts, automating workflows and establishing processes, and developing reporting. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to deliver targeted and personalized communication to our audience of amazing small businesses, which will support the ongoing growth of Harvest Hosts.
Additionally, you will be a team player that collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement structural enhancements to our Hub Spot instance, aligning with evolving business needs while maintaining compliance with data security standards.
Skills & Experience- Hub Spot Expertise: You possess a strong understanding of Hub Spot’s capabilities and limitations. Comfortable with creating and maintaining custom objects, you implement new features with ease and launch strategic plans cross-departmentally.
- Excellent Communicator: Your strong communication skills enable you to understand and explain our data structures and limitations effortlessly. Whether it's Slack, email, phone, Zoom, or Asana, you are adept at all types of communication.
- Focus and Discipline: Self-motivated and disciplined, you maintain a steady, calm pace to work through a variety of tasks. You take complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces to drive meaningful improvements and change.

- Take ownership of the Hub Spot CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and organization.
