Manager, Technical Product Management

You will lead the core development team overseeing the deposit product initiatives for Silver Lake® and CIF 20/20®. The role requires deep deposit application experience and a proven track record of guiding product strategy while leading cross‑functional teams.

This is a remote position; candidates must live within roughly a 70‑mile radius of one of our office locations in Allen, TX;

• Directs, designs, and implements a comprehensive product management strategy for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production and release.
• Creates and maintains the product vision/roadmap; directs those involved in the design, modification, and evaluation of all phases of a specific product or group of products from product definition through production and release.
• Oversees the interaction with other internal organizations such as development, quality, marketing, etc., as the product(s) move to completion.
• Ensures that products meet specifications and quality goals and formulates and executes long‑term plans for cost/profit control.
• Manages accurate tracking of product adoption statistics by customer base and translates feedback into enhancement recommendations.
• Serves as a resource within the user community (e.g., focus groups, ESP, customer fact‑finding, etc.).
• Promotes use of new technologies and industry‑leading trends to product management activities.
• Reviews alpha and beta program definitions and oversees execution.
• Oversees a smooth turnover to implementation or support organizations, including planning, training, hand‑off, and rollout of marketing plans/campaigns.
• Provides resources for standard demonstrations and occasional participation in customer demonstrations, and to internal sales.
• Promotes investigation and application of new technologies and industry trends to product management activities.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or working within the SDLC.
• Experience in deposit operations with a strong understanding of banking workflows, compliance considerations, and operational processes.
• Previous business leadership experience, including leading teams, projects, or cross‑functional initiatives.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for internal meetings, conferences, and customer engagements.

• Experience working in or alongside software development or engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Jack Henry products, especially Silver Lake® or related Jack Henry systems.
• Background in technical product management, system integrations, API‑driven solutions, or platform‑based products.
• Experience developing roadmaps, writing requirements, and leading discovery sessions in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions and evaluate complex business needs.
• Prior experience presenting to executives, facilitating customer discussions, or leading strategic product initiatives.
