Role
Manager Duration: 12 months - convert to hire
Experience5+ years Travel up to 50-75%
Role Description- Runs governance AND does hands-on savings work.
- Must be a generalist who can pivot across all categories.
- Run Steering Committees and executive governance meetings (like a Director, but at a smaller scale).
- Set savings targets, manage budget, track engagement performance.
- Actively lead sourcing work — RFPs, negotiations, product evaluations.
- Cover clinical AND non-clinical categories as needed (med/surg, purchased services, facilities, lab).
- Manage a small team (1-2 direct reports).
- 5+ years healthcare supply chain or consulting.
- 3+ years with governance experience (steering committees, executive reporting).
- Generalist orientation — can work across clinical and non-clinical categories.
- RFP/negotiation experience.
- Strong project management skills — this person juggles governance + delivery.
