As an Executive Operations Partner
, you’ll help our executive team move priorities from idea to execution. This role goes well beyond calendar management—you’ll be a true force multiplier who brings structure to ambiguity, turns complex inputs into clear executive‑ready materials, coordinates stakeholders across the business, and ensures follow‑through on strategic initiatives.
You’ll have visibility into executive decision‑making and will be trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion, urgency, and sound judgment. Your work will directly support how Atlas leads—so our teams can deliver safe, high quality work that makes a real difference in the communities we serve.
Core Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution for quarterly Board of Directors meetings, including agenda, deck development, timelines, pre‑reads, and action‑item follow‑through.
- Run the Executive Leadership Team operating rhythm (monthly meetings), including agenda development, clear decision summaries, and action tracking to keep priorities moving.
- Build executive‑ready materials (decks, briefs, pre‑reads, talking points) by synthesizing inputs into concise, compelling narratives.
- Maintain and improve executive operating systems (trackers, dashboards, SharePoint organization) to drive accountability, visibility, and momentum.
- Partner cross‑functionally (HR, Finance, Legal, Operations, Marcom) to coordinate updates, validate information, manage deadlines, and remove blockers.
- Support enterprise culture and people insights (engagement feedback themes, communications cadence, workforce analytics, and corporate safety reporting visibility).
- 5+ years of experience in executive support, operations, program/project coordination, or a similar role supporting senior leaders.
- Strong project management instincts: you can prioritize competing deadlines, surface risks early, and drive follow‑through without being asked.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a track record of building polished, executive‑level materials independently.
- Excellent writing and communication skills—you can turn messy, fragmented inputs into clear summaries and decisions people can act on.
- High discretion and sound judgment when working with confidential, time‑sensitive, or ambiguous situations.
- Experience in a matrixed environment (professional services, engineering, construction, or similar) is helpful but not required.
- Health & Wellness: We offer medical, dental and vision coverage with multiple plan options, including no‑cost employee‑only medical coverage.
- Time Off & Family Support: We offer vacation time, paid holidays, sick & safety leave (SSL) and paid parental leave.
- Retirement: We help employees plan for the future with a 401(k) and company match.
- Insurance: We offer Life, AD&D (Accidental Death & Dismemberment) and Disability insurance.
- Safety Program: We are committed to safety as part of our ‘quality of life’ core value, and we provide approved PPE at no cost and reimbursement for prescription safety glasses and protective footwear.
- Learning & Development: We provide clear career paths, learning resources and development programs allowing you to see how you can grow and advance within the company. We offer internal certifications on specific skills and support external credentials through tuition reimbursement.
- Belonging: We support Employee Communities (ECs), voluntary, employee‑led groups that create connections, belonging and shared purposes.
- Flexibility: May vary by project demands and regional workloads, but we are committed to providing reasonable accommodation to help employees manage their personal and professional responsibilities.
