Competencies We Expect in Our New Team Member

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Actuarial Science
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pricing within the insurance industry
• Knowledge of SAS, GLM, and other machine learning methods
• Proficiency in WTW Emblem & Radar tools
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Strong command of English
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills

Areas Where You Will Create Impact

• Take an active role in technical pricing activities for health insurance products
• Develop GLM-based pricing models
• Perform impact analyses, scenario studies, and profitability assessments for pricing changes
• Conduct regular portfolio performance monitoring
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, providing insights to management and relevant business units
• Collaborate closely with IT, Underwriting, and other related business teams to develop profitable and sustainable pricing solutions
