Purchasing Executive (Remote)
Location: Singapore (Work From Home)
Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 (Basic)
Start Date: ASAP About the Role
We are seeking a Purchasing Executive to manage and coordinate all aspects of the procurement process. This is a fully remote position
, with initial training conducted at the Purchasing Head’s residence in Tiong Bahru.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and order placement
- Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
- Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning
- Analyze market trends and pricing to support informed purchasing decisions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support operational requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing / procurement
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and vendor management processes
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting (Excel or equivalent tools)
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- This is a remote (work-from-home) role
- Training will be conducted on-site in Tiong Bahru
