- Contribute: As an IT Business Analyst, you will leverage your business and technical expertise to support feature implementation aligning with our IT product strategy. In addition, you will:
- Direct the effort to gather and document comprehensive business requirements and feature acceptance criteria, especially for features involving external dependencies.
- Lead discussions with customers to propose and implement features in alignment with the product strategy, ensuring customer needs and business goals are met.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills through clear written communication and engaging presentations, facilitating effective information dissemination across stakeholders.
- Identify and proactively address change‑management requirements in collaboration with business partners, ensuring smooth transitions during project implementation.
- Uphold quality standards by adhering to established testing best practices and identifying gaps to drive continuous quality improvement.
- Associate Degree or equivalent work experience. Degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis or related discipline preferred. Bachelor Degree preferred.
- 2 years of related work experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage product requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
- Understanding of business processes, insurance products, and customer needs preferred.
- Proven ability to cultivate respectful relationships with business partners and team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.

How You’ll WorkOur hybrid model allows you to work from home on Monday and Friday, and in the office Tuesday through Thursday.
