DW Simpson Global Actuarial & Analytics Recruitment is seeking a Head of Annuity Product Innovation based in Clearwater, Florida. The ideal candidate will be an FSA or career ASA with over 8 years of experience, leading the development of innovative annuity and wealth products. Essential skills include extensive pricing knowledge and experience with FIA, MYGA, RILA, IUL, and Structured Notes.

Familiarity with Python and R is a plus. This position is remote with a salary range of $200-220K.
