Synqony sucht einen engagierten Support-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, der unsere Kunden bei technischen Anfragen unterstützt. In dieser Rolle analysieren und dokumentieren Sie eingehende Kundenanfragen sowie fehlerdiagnostische Lösungen.
Zusätzlich pflegen Sie Informationen im Ticketsystem, erstellen Lösungen und führen Websessions zur Schulung durch. Anforderungen umfassen analytisches Denken, IT-Know-how und Kommunikationsstärke.
