Lead Enterprise Project Manager
Location:
Seattle, WA. Join our Corporate team to deliver complex, cross‑functional initiatives and strengthen project management practices across the organization.
- Lead strategic and high‑impact enterprise initiatives:
- Own and deliver complex, cross‑functional projects tied to strategic priorities
- Drive alignment across stakeholders, teams, and competing priorities
- Establish clear scope, timelines, success measures, and accountability
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and resolve them
- Step into challenged initiatives to stabilize execution and restore momentum
- Strengthen team project delivery:
- Act as both strategist and executor, shaping PM excellence while driving initiatives forward
- Set operational excellence standards for project management
- Lead and guide other PMs in planning, communication, and delivery
- Ensure consistency in scope, management, and reporting of projects
- Improve clarity, prioritization, and visibility:
- Bring structure to ambiguous work and translate it into actionable plans
- Improve visibility into health, risks, and outcomes for leadership
- Align priorities across initiatives and keep teams focused on key items
- Ensure reporting is clear, concise, and decision‑oriented
- Partner with department leadership:
- Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource alignment
- Represent the PMO in cross‑functional forums and leadership discussions
- Identify and implement improvements to tools, workflows, and operating rhythm
- Translate insights into recommendations that improve work execution
- 10–12+ years of experience in project or program management
- Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving work
- Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and move work forward across teams
- Excellent communication skills – clear, concise, and outcome‑focused
- Strategic leader who enjoys building and shaping programs in a growing organization
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to complex, cross‑functional issues
- Confident in engaging executive leadership and influencing without authority
- Analytical and pragmatic – ability to connect data to business impact
- Can set vision and roll up sleeves to execute
- Thrives in environment of high change where problems are complex and impact is tangible
- Competitive pay (range $123,570 – $214,110 per year, range may vary)
