Project Manager, Corporate Development and Integration
Salary Range: $79,000.00 - $
This position is based in Naples, FL. Remote work is acceptable for the right candidate; if remote, travel to HQ required up to 50% of the time. EST/CST time zone only.
Main ObjectiveThe Project Manager will facilitate, coordinate and manage projects related to the identification, assessment, execution, and integration of inorganic growth opportunities (mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships, strategic investments, etc.).
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Project manage the complete Corporate Development project lifecycle, including:
- Coordination of the corporate development process (due diligence, data rooms, internal updates).
- Integration workstream planning and documentation.
- Project monitoring with integration team members, including synergy tracking and postmortem analyses.
- Stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and escalations.
- Risks & issues identification and management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams to support analysis, solution challenges, and develop workplans.
- Support transaction handoff processes with other functions, communicating key financial models and deal terms.
- Conduct business analysis, process mapping, and data analysis as required.
- Support the preparation of effective presentation materials tailored to audience.
- Support project management of other Strategic Development initiatives such as Strategic Planning, continuous improvement, and business transformation.
- Travel 50% of the time if remote.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or another rigorous discipline required.
- Master’s degree (MS, MBA, MHA) considered a plus.
- 3+ years of project management experience focused on Corporate Development initiatives (acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, partnerships, or other investments) in a corporation, investment bank, or consulting firm required.
- Experience in the healthcare sector a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, PPM, or equivalent) a plus.
- Proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Work Front, Trello, MS Project/Planner).
