Insurance Practice LeadYou will drive transformation in the insurance industry, lead client delivery and shape FiSer’s Insurance practice.
What You’ll Be DoingAs an Insurance Practice Lead, you will take full ownership of our consulting proposition in this area. You will guide transformation programmes, advise clients and define how FiSer supports the insurance sector. You’ll play a key role in expanding the practice, driving commercial growth and mentoring our team.
- Lead high‑impact transformation projects for clients in the insurance sector.
- Define and develop FiSer’s proposition in insurance based on key industry trends and client needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients at all levels, supporting change and strategic decision‑making.
- Expand our client base through business development and by leveraging your industry network.
- Represent FiSer in the market as a thought leader and help grow our brand recognition.
- Mentor and support team members, contributing to a high‑performing culture.
- Lay the foundation for a Principal or Partner role by demonstrating leadership and an entrepreneurial mindset.
We’re seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader with deep expertise in the insurance industry and a strong track record in delivering transformation.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- 10+ years of experience in the insurance or pension industry, with expertise in Model Development, Finance, Risk Management (Financial & Non‑Financial), Operations or IT.
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end transformation projects – from initiation to execution – within agile environments.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory, organisational and technological developments shaping the sector.
- A strong professional network in the Dutch insurance market.
- Experience in business development and a commercial mindset to grow our client base.
- Strategic thinking, problem‑solving skills and the ability to challenge the status quo.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Legal authorisation to work in the Netherlands.
