Role Overview
Account and Partnerships Manager, KSA. This high‑impact role requires engaging with senior leadership and building Ten’s business in Saudi Arabia. The manager will support growth across client and partner relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and lead marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities Account Management- Oversee delivery of corporate programmes, meeting shared objectives.
- Manage governance process with monthly meetings and quarterly strategic business reviews.
- Resolve day‑to‑day issues promptly and, when necessary, elevate them appropriately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure member communications build engagement.
- Provide accurate, timely reports, analyse trends, and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Build strong stakeholder networks within the corporate client organisation to unlock growth opportunities.
- Raise invoices promptly and ensure payment is received on time.
- Identify key partnerships in the region and negotiate assets that drive engagement and strong NPS, through favourable rates, offers and events for members.
- Monitor luxury travel and lifestyle trends and develop the proposition to keep service cutting‑edge and desirable.
- Track partner performance to ensure consistently high‑quality service delivery.
- Analyse redemption data and member demand to refine partnership strategies.
- Arrange and manage partner activities (e.g., networking soirées, training sessions) so that they are well‑organised and impactful.
- Track and report OKR related to partnership success.
- Use data analytics to drive improvements in partnership offerings and member experiences.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to develop and execute campaigns featuring the best mix of assets to meet programme success metrics.
- Design and implement innovative, segmented marketing campaigns that drive member requests, bookings and engagement.
- Communicate campaign purpose and value to internal teams and clients for buy‑in and alignment.
- Encourage feedback and incorporate learnings into future campaigns for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other Ten teams across markets where the corporate clients operate.
- Network and host member‑facing events from time to time.
- Proven track record of growing business and partnerships in the region.
- Good understanding of service‑led industries (luxury, hospitality, travel, concierge) and high‑net‑worth customers.
- Ability to build trust and influence quickly with both clients and internal teams.
- Commercially minded to spot partnership opportunities and execute at pace.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Full‑time onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
