Client Relationship Manager, Business Development
About the role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Account Management Executive to support client relationship management and customer success initiatives.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior candidates who enjoy communication, coordination, and working closely with clients. You will support ongoing client engagements, project coordination, and account servicing for enterprise and government clients.
You will gain valuable exposure to B2B SaaS, client management, and regional HR technology projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support day‑to‑day communication with clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and follow‑ups
- Assist in onboarding and supporting client accounts
- Prepare client presentation materials, reports and documentation
- Work closely with operations and product teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Build positive relationships and maintain client satisfaction
- Gather client feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Track account activities and update CRM records
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Communications, HR, Marketing or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Detailed‑oriented and organised
- Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment
- Internship or prior customer service/ account servicing experience is a plus
