Requirements
  • Background in proposal writing, sales, marketing, or business development
  • Strong English writing skills (minimum B2 to C1 level)
  • Experience with client acquisition, outreach, and drafting leads
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data collection, analysis, and strategy
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Identify and evaluate relevant project opportunities on platforms such as Upwork and other lead sources
  • Carefully review client requirements and craft tailored, high-quality proposals aligned with their needs
  • Write, refine, and optimize proposal content to ensure clarity, strong positioning, and consistency with our brand voice
  • Manage outreach and maintain timely, professional communication with potential clients
  • Track proposal performance, including timing and response rates, and ensure consistent daily output
  • Analyze data from proposal activity to identify patterns and improve conversion strategies
  • Collaborate closely with developers to accurately represent technical capabilities in proposals
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on pipeline activity and outcomes
