Job Responsibilities- Lead and manage the business development team focused on fresh produce, specifically fresh vegetables and fruits.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and market expansion in the fresh produce sector.
- Identify and establish relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality produce.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and operations, to optimize product offerings and delivery processes.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards for quality and safety.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the fresh produce industry.
