Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work. Our Client Partner will lead and grow client relationships by understanding business priorities, identifying needs, and recommending tailored solutions that drive results.
Responsibilities include end-to-end account management, consultative engagement, solutioning and overseeing projects through delivery to ensure successful implementation. The Client Partner will work closely with clients and internal teams to maintain alignment, build momentum, and deliver measurable impact.
- 10+ years’ experience in account management and sales, with a proven ability to build, grow and sustain senior client relationships.
- Demonstrated background in consulting/management consulting, able to diagnose client needs and shape strategic, outcome-based solutions.
- Strong project management capability, with experience managing timelines, stakeholders, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including senior stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment; comfortable coordinating across internal and client teams.
- Familiarity with leadership development frameworks or related content is an advantage.
- Prior client-facing experience in professional services (or similar industries) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
