Position Summary...
What you'll do...
The Manager, Production training will be lead all production training efforts and activities at our Central Fulfillment Center in Carrollton, TX. As a member of the leadership team onsite, we are looking for someone who can transform long-term strategies into action and can lead others with a servant leadership attitude.
About the team:
- This is a supervisory position and will have a team of 4-5 associates. You will report directly to the Home Office but have peers in similar positions at 4 other locations.
What you'll do:
- In partnership with our global vendor, you will manage the initial training for all Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians on core Central Fulfillment operations at our Carrollton site
- Manage training records on Standard Operating Procedures for all associates
- Provide expertise on core training process enhancements
