After explosive success across APAC—where our EOR team was the highest-performing AE team in 2025—we are now officially launching our EOR offering in Canada. We are looking for a founding Canadian AE to spearhead this expansion.

As our Account Executive for Canada, you won't just be closing deals; you will be the architect of our Canadian market entry. You will act as a strategic consultant to Canadian SMBs, helping them navigate the complexities of global expansion by hiring and paying talent anywhere in the world without local entities. This is a high-autonomy role designed for a top-tier performer who wants to move beyond "carrying a bag" to shaping the success of a global unicorn in a new territory.

The Ultimate Career Pivot:
This role is the perfect launchpad for a high-performing recruitment consultant looking to break into Tech Sales. You will have the unique opportunity to shape your career in an evolving, progressive industry at the absolute forefront of technology.

Your key focus areas will be:

  • Market Pioneering:
    Be the first on the ground in Canada to drive our EOR and "Hero Force" functionality into the North American market.
  • Strategic Consultative Selling:
    Navigate complex conversations around international labor laws and global payroll to provide tailored EOR solutions.
  • Full-Cycle Pipeline Ownership:
    You will be heavily reliant on generating your own pipeline through aggressive outbound prospecting while leveraging the established Employment Hero brand.
  • C-Suite Advisory:
    Partner with Canadian Founders and HR Directors to help them scale headcounts across borders instantly and compliantly.

Who you are

We are looking for a high-performing "Hunter" who thrives on autonomy and is ready to own their trajectory.

Specifically, we are looking for:

  • The Recruitment Expert: 3–5 years of experience in White-Collar Recruitment. You understand the pain of the "placement" and are ready to transition from transactional recruitment into strategic HR Tech sales.
  • OR The Industry Specialist: A proven track record in Tech/SaaS Sales specifically within the HR, Payroll, or Employment industry.
  • Proven Performance:
    You have a history of building and growing your own desk, self-generating clients, and consistently exceeding quotas.
  • Canadian Market Savvy: A deep understanding of the Canadian business landscape and the ability to simplify complex financial and compliance concepts for executives.
  • Founder's Mentality:
    You possess the agility to work in a fast-paced environment where you can influence the playbook for a new market.
