• Deliver structured training and development programs (training provided on systems)
• Engage with professionals seeking personal and professional growth opportunities
• Conduct phone and email communications with leads
• Participate in live or recorded learning and mentoring sessions
• Apply strategies and tools to support leadership and development outcomes

• 5 years of professional experience in training, coaching or learning & development
• Strong communication, facilitation and organizational skills
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules efficiently
• Reliable laptop, phone and internet access
