- Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate
- Maintain a caseload of MEP adopters, approximately 50% split between ADP and Safe Harbor plans
- Manage and prioritize workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment
- Exemplify superior client service and ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and design
- Collaborate with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience
- Document all client interactions in the workflow management system
- Follow Nova policies and procedures in all work
- Proactively communicate with MEP clients and investment advisors about new industry developments
- Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience
- Strong knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
- Familiarity with MEP service models and providers is a plus
- NIPA credential, ASPPA credential, or a 4-year college degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to proactively and independently manage a book of business
- High level of critical thinking; lifelong learner and coachable
- Base Salary $74,000 - $95,000
- Salaried, non-exempt
