Client Service Representative (Remote)

Primary

Purpose:

To manage accounts of locally assigned programs including monitoring procedures and processes that impact customer satisfaction, and to ensure consistency in service delivery.

• Knowledge of client workers' compensation processes and procedures
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
• Advanced level Microsoft Office products (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies

• Performs other duties as assigned
• Supports the organization's quality program(s)
• Travels as required

Education & Licensing: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience: Two (2) years of related experience to include one (1) year as an Account Coordinator, analyst, associate, or three (3) years adjuster experience.
