Benefit Counselor
As a Benefit Counselor, you will serve as an educator and advisor to clients’ employees, helping them understand both core and voluntary benefits and make informed benefit decisions.
Responsibilities- Provide accurate information about core and voluntary benefits to employees.
- Educate employees and their families on how benefit decisions impact them.
- Disseminate benefit information through various communication channels.
- Product Knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic technical skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Salary Range: $61,100.00 - $84,510.00 USD.
