This is a full-time remote role for a GTM Associate (Spanish Speaking). The GTM Associate will manage client go-to-market strategies, enablement, identify growth opportunities, and ensure seamless execution of recommended sales activities for clients. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring comprehensive communication with Spanish-speaking clients. The role also focuses on supporting business development initiatives and driving successful market expansion.
Qualifications- Experience in early-stage venture-backed high-growth startups required
- Experience in prospecting, closing, strategy development, and identifying business opportunities
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage customer relationships and engage with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of B2B software, fintech, or AI industries is a must
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in adapting to a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, AI prospecting tools and analytical tools is advantageous
