Role Description

As an Insurance Operations Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in delivering client support for our Large Casualty operational functions. In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to support policy issuance, manage account activity, and help drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for coordinating submission setup, analyzing account details, tracking business activity, and assisting with system monitoring and issue resolution. Your ability to stay organized and manage multiple time‑sensitive priorities will be essential as you support business operations with precision and accuracy. Strong communication skills will allow you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, follow up on critical information, and deliver a high standard of customer service.

Employment Type

Non‑Exempt: This position is classified as Non‑Exempt under federal wage and hour laws. As such, you will be required to clock in and out for all hours worked and will be eligible for overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a given workweek.

Qualifications Education

College degree preferred, preferably in a business‑related field or a related discipline.

Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to learn and navigate systems and supporting applications
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting insurance operations or policy lifecycle processes
  • Insurance designations or progress toward industry certifications
  • Exposure to account servicing, underwriting support, or policy administration functions
Location

This position allows for a hybrid work schedule, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week at our St. Louis Corporate Office, 1832 Schuetz Rd., Saint Louis, MO.

Compensation

The target base salary range for this position is $46,000 to $60,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
