Join Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP (BT) as a Sage Intacct Senior Consultant specializing in the Construction/CRE Vertical. In this remote role you will work directly with customers to deliver software implementation solutions with high satisfaction and adoption.

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for managing multiple projects in the construction vertical, delivering on scope, budget, and time.
• Execute all implementation phases: consultation, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing, training, data cleansing and migration.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct, including advanced modules and the CRE product functionality.
• Configure and implement Sage Intacct based on customer‑specific business processes and industry best practices.
• Apply a prescriptive implementation approach using templated project plans.
• Lead and mentor junior implementation resources.
• Conduct end‑user training and translate system functionality to customer operations.
• Document business requirements into configurable solutions and process flowcharts.
• Respond to technical support issues related to system implementation.
• Design and build industry‑specific KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success to coordinate projects.
• Communicate promptly and professionally, providing high‑quality service aligned with customer goals.
• Contribute to knowledge repositories and improve service delivery tools.
• Serve as an escalation point for project issues.
• Grow through on‑the‑job coaching and learning programs.
• Build internal and client relationships, supporting team growth via the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or MIS (understanding of accounting terms required).
• At least 3 years of consulting and implementation experience with Sage Intacct.
• Possession of a Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant or Sage Intacct Construction Implementation Consultant certification is strongly preferred.
• Vertical industry knowledge in construction gained through operational or accounting roles.
• End‑to‑end consulting experience following a process‑based methodology.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• Strong skills in time management, communication, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Leadership, project management, organizational, analytical skills, initiative, adaptability.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Pay rate range: $85,910 to $162,890. Compensation considers skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
