About This Position
The Platinum Specialist partners with designated Top Producers to support business growth from the perspective of Home Office processing and knowledge transfer. The Specialist acts as the primary liaison between producers and the Home Office, resolving issues, expediting processing, minimizing or avoiding delays, and answering insurance‑related questions. The position also collaborates with management to recommend improvements for the Field’s experience with the Home Office.
This is a hybrid role that requires three days onsite in the Duluth, Georgia office and two days working remotely each week.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Develop and maintain relationships with Top Producer members
- Consistently excel in service expectations
- Provide support to members in all aspects of life operations, including compensation and licensing
- Advocate for members’ interests
- Represent Field interests in company meetings
- Relate to business owners and embrace the sales mentality
- Work independently with minimal direction
- Think outside the box
- Answer telephone inquiries
- Research and solve issues
- Mentor new associates
- Represent the unit in staff meetings to identify improvement opportunities and processing gaps
- Analyze call types to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations
- Stay current on all policies and procedures
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the insurance industry
- Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
- Life license required or obtained within 60 days of hire
- Knowledge of insurance operations
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication and coaching skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent problem‑solving/analysis skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize appropriately
- Ability to quickly and efficiently adapt to changes in procedures or policies
- Ability to perform assigned tasks within specified time frames and meet quality expectations
- Ability to work with key personnel and management to better serve top producers
- Experience in sales or business ownership a plus
$52,000 – $57,000
FLSA StatusExempt (Not eligible for overtime pay)
