• Serve as the primary contact collaborating with client stakeholders to understand business priorities and opportunities
• Develop and execute primary research utilizing various methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative techniques
• Introduce creative thinking and Nielsen
  
  IQ solutions to develop insights that guide client decision‑making
• Conduct thorough analyses using proprietary tools to derive insights that add value and improve client outcomes
• Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure timely and high‑quality deliverables to clients

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in syndicated data analysis within the FMCG, CPG, and/or Retail industries
• Proven ability to plan, analyze, and conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely
• Experience in a client service environment with a focus on developing and maintaining client relationships

• Familiarity with Nielsen
  
  IQ tools such as Omnishopper or SA&I
• Experience with SQL and BI tools like Power BI and Tableau
• Advanced project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
