Senior Analyst, Mass Channel – Bentonville, AR (Remote)

We are looking for a Lead Analyst to champion Walmart analytics for our Mass Channel business. The role involves building and using analytical tools such as Luminate and Nielsen to support growth acceleration with Walmart and to provide insights across branded lifestyle cohorts.

• Develop, maintain, and present accurate KPI reporting and create KPI dashboards and presentations.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret data sets through syndicated platforms to deliver actionable insights. Monitor brand, category, competitor, and industry data to capitalize on emerging trends.
• Quickly adapt and enhance measurement approach based on changing market dynamics.
• Provide pricing and promotion effectiveness recommendations to optimize purchase behavior.
• Leverage Luminate data platform to inform teams with breakthrough insights, enabling optimized WMC and Roundel strategies through Retail Media analyses.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to drive brand ambition and support, partner closely within the team and external partners to achieve business outcomes.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the CPG industry with a strong background in analytics.
• Understanding of Nielsen, Luminate and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong team collaboration skills in cross‑functional and virtual environments.
• Proficient in analyzing, interpreting, and sharing data for informed business decisions.
• Experience with Luminate and prior exposure to Health & Wellness categories preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.

This is a US home‑based role. You must currently reside in the Bentonville, AR area.
