About the Role

Transforming the Future of Enterprise Planning at o9, we aim to be the most value‑creating platform for enterprises by transforming decision‑making with an AI‑first approach. This role enables you to learn the business from a sales and commercialization perspective while working closely with Account Executives and Pre‑sales teams to discover opportunities and develop revenue‑generating client solutions.

Location

Dallas, TX – hybrid office and remote work.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the U.S. market through marketing campaigns, event marketing, and social media activities.
  • Build a prospect database and communication strategy using Linked In and other supply‑chain business sources, continually innovating outreach approaches.
  • Collaborate with Industry Sales Leaders, Account Executives, and Solutions Engineers to initiate introductory meetings with assigned industry prospects and partners, conducting limited demonstrations of the o9 platform.
  • Partner with the o9 Creative team to create innovative content and outreach strategies, and sustain community engagement events in various markets.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date prospect and client information via the Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Network and share best practices with the Innovations Strategist teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, marketing, or a quantitative field.
  • 3–5 years of professional B2B business‑development experience; 2 years of consulting experience required.
  • Basic understanding of supply‑chain planning concepts is a plus, but eagerness to learn and develop in this field is essential.
  • Proficient use of GSuite/MS Office and Linked In.
  • Experience with CRM and lead generation software (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo) is a plus.
Benefits

Annual salary range of $67,918–$93,387
. Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in company‑sponsored medical, retirement, and other benefits.
