One Digital is looking for an Engagement Consultant to manage client relationships and support engagement and education efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsive, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of employee benefits.
This role offers a hybrid working model where employees will be in the office at least one day a week. Candidates should reside in CT, MA, NY, or VT and be willing to travel.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with additional performance-based compensation and a suite of employee benefits.
