Job Overview

This role supports the Global Leadership Advisory Executive Partner, Global Board Advisory Senior Partner, and Principal. The Advisory Project Coordinator provides project coordination, administrative tasks, and client‑related processes to ensure efficient execution of engagements via strong communication, technical skills, and proactive problem‑solving.
The position provides logistical and operational support across a range of activities, including complex calendar and time management, travel coordination, document development, database management, event planning, and coordination of project delivery for boards, CEOs, and other C‑suite members. Work is conducted remotely.
Base salary: $77,000 to $87,000, plus a target bonus of 5% of base salary. Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, and generous paid time off.
Responsibilities- Provide high‑level coordination support to senior consultants across all phases of project delivery, including planning, prioritization, and execution of key activities.
- Proactively anticipate and drive business priorities, aligning consultant and client needs to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Deliver a high‑touch client experience through consistent professional support and strong communication.
- Maintain accurate project tracking, ensuring visibility into timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Oversee invoicing and expense processing for accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage complex calendars for consulting staff, resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring optimal time allocation.
- Coordinate travel logistics, ensuring efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
- Create and distribute documentation for key meetings, including agendas and meeting minutes.
- Record action items from meetings and conduct follow‑ups.
- Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication across diverse formats such as client correspondence, reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Develop partnership with consultants built on trust and teamwork.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure quality and timing of project deliverables.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
- Provide flexible support to colleagues as needed to ensure seamless project execution.
- Proofread and edit client deliverables, ensuring brand consistency.
- Support tracking and management of project tasks using appropriate tools.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in business operations or professional service project teams.
- Experience working with CEOs, Boards of Directors, and executive leadership teams.
- Strong experience as a project coordinator or senior‑level executive assistant.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration technologies (Zoom, Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience with project management tools and software for flow charts and process diagrams (e.g., Monday).
- Ability to learn and navigate new software tools quickly.
- Strong multi‑tasking and prioritization skills while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail, strong proofreading and editing abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Eastern or Central time zone location with remote work experience preferred.
