Your Impact

As a key partner to our Client Services team and retail vendors, you'll own the success of a major merchandising program-driving performance, efficiency, and results. From shaping SOWs and building KPI frameworks to optimizing coverage models and coordinating training, schedules, and execution-you'll keep everything running seamlessly.

You'll also:

+ Build strong client and partner relationships

+ Analyze performance and deliver actionable insights

+ Identify opportunities to improve processes and ROI

+ Serve as the go-to expert ensuring flawless program execution

+ Drive Program Success:
Support KPI achievement by managing timelines, aligning on goals, and ensuring deadlines are met

+ Plan & Optimize:
Partner with Client Services to build program scope, define success metrics, and design efficient coverage models

+ Collaborate & Execute:
Work cross-functionally to deliver seamless program execution, communication, and results

+ Analyze & Elevate:
Track performance, share insights, and recommend improvements to maximize impact and ROI

+ Own Program Details:
Oversee system updates, quality assurance, and assist with fulfillment needs as required

What You Bring to the Table

Experience working directly with clients, with a natural ability to build trust and influence at all levels

+ Strategic Problem Solver:
Combines business acumen with collaboration to create smart, growth-focused solutions

+ Organized & Results-Focused:
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize, stay on track, and deliver

+ Clear & Confident Communicator:
Exceptional verbal and written skills, paired with attention to detail

+ Tech-Savvy Professional:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating business systems

+ Solid Foundation: 2+ years of related education or equivalent hands-on experience

Physical Requirements

+ Work Setup & Mobility:
Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and access to a smartphone

+ Travel Ready:
Valid driver's license, ability to rent a car under company guidelines, and flexibility to travel locally and nationally as needed
