Senior Supplier Management & Compliance Specialist

DTN is seeking a Senior Supplier Management & Compliance Specialist to oversee and manage our global supplier portfolio, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and optimizing supplier relationships. This role partners cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure supplier contracts, data usage, and compliance standards are maintained at the highest level.

• Manage DTN’s global supplier portfolio, including exchange data suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and usage rights.
• Monitor and assess supplier risk profiles, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
• Ensure all supplier data usage complies with contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Product and Procurement teams to support supplier selection, contracting, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead supplier compliance audits and manage ongoing supplier risk mitigation and escalation processes.
• Coordinate implementation of regulatory and legislative changes impacting supplier contracts and data usage.
• Manage supplier‑related operational processes, including RFPs, requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, and documentation.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and accessible supplier and exchange documentation.
• Develop and deliver quarterly supplier compliance reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Facilitate training and drive internal awareness of supplier compliance requirements.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders to support exchange compliance and customer data usage requests.
• Review and validate customer use cases to ensure compliance with exchange policies and licensing requirements.
• Manage Data Feed Licensing Agreements (DFLA) to maintain ongoing compliance.

• Proven experience in supplier management, compliance, or procurement roles.
• Strong knowledge of supplier relationship management best practices.
• Experience interpreting and negotiating contracts, including services and goods agreements.
• Familiarity with data contracts and compliance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization.

• Experience working with exchange data suppliers or market data compliance.
• Experience supporting regulatory or ISO‑aligned environments.
• Experience managing complex, global supplier ecosystems.
