Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective marketing strategies to commercialize innovative, consumer‑driven products for Talking Rain and Sparkling Ice.
  • Execute sales, retailer, and consumer support programs.
  • Analyze diverse data sets, transform brand metrics into sales materials, and recommend plans to enhance margins.
  • Collaborate with the Insights team and support packaging and product development throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Build business cases and provide recommendations related to packaging, promotions, and other key initiatives that drive business results.
  • Support innovation through tasting sessions, competitive product evaluations, and formula explorations with key stakeholders.
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand, marketing, or product management, ideally within a consumer‑packaged goods (CPG) company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects and programs to completion.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with end‑to‑end product development and commercialization processes.
  • Experience with syndicated data (IRI preferred).
  • Familiarity with traditional trade channels (food, mass, club, convenience) and e‑commerce.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment and balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to navigate change and ambiguity.
  • Passion for the consumer and a creative mindset.
  • Comfortable using data throughout the role and building financial models.
  • Ability to travel 1–3 times per quarter, based on business need.
