Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact between business teams and our IT reporting group, working closely with external clients to understand and translate reporting needs into detailed business requirements and specifications.

• Act as the reporting case analyst ensuring all cases move in a timely manner according to process and client SLAs.
• Create and update process guides to improve report monitoring.
• Analyze layered reports (e.g., start date/EAD/document) and disseminate direction to the team, following up for completion.
• Build forecast models to anticipate team and client growth.
• Analyze data points to identify bottlenecks and advise on innovative solutions.
• Provide reporting support to attorneys, paralegals, and clients for tracking, preparation, and filing of immigration petitions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from legal teams and clients.
• Formulate technical specifications for new reports based on business requirements.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding reporting requirements and data integrity questions.
• Verify specialized or new reports for accuracy.
• Identify modifications needed for current reports to accommodate data from the firm’s case management application.
• Monitor and coordinate handling of new and pending reporting requests to ensure timely delivery.

• BS or BA degree required.
• Minimum three years’ experience in business or data analysis.
• Minimum three years’ experience providing reporting support in a professional environment using SAP Business Objects/Web Intelligence (WEBI).
• Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of web-based data‑driven technologies.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data analysis and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong customer service skills for internal and external clients.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proven experience in handling multiple deliverables efficiently.
• Strong organization and critical‑thinking skills.
• Basic understanding of business immigration law preferred.

Salary range: $78,000 – $94,000 (USD) for a hybrid schedule. Eligible benefits include 401(k) and paid time off.
