Overview
The Engineering Enablement team within Technology Design & Integration (TechDI) bridges high‑level business intent and build‑ready technical execution for complex, cross‑system initiatives. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will lead the analysis, validation, and standardization of finance and reporting requirements in a large strategic program, ensuring consistency, traceability, and readiness for downstream delivery.
Responsibilities- Lead the analysis, validation, and standardization of complex business requirements with a focus on Finance, Reporting, and cross‑system data dependencies.
- Translate high‑level business scenarios and policies into clear, structured, and traceable functional and technical requirements ready for execution.
- Drive alignment across Finance, Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery teams by facilitating working sessions, decision forums, and design reviews.
- Own and maintain key design and requirements artifacts, including business scenarios, service blueprints, traceability matrices, and feature‑product mapping.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and variances across requirements, systems, and reporting models, and proactively drive resolution and standardization.
- Support adoption of standard frameworks, taxonomies, and tooling to improve delivery consistency and reporting transparency.
- Provide thought leadership on business analysis and architecture concepts, ensuring designs align with enterprise principles while remaining pragmatic and delivery‑focused.
- Partner closely with Delivery and Program leads to ensure requirements and decisions support stage‑gate readiness, sequencing, and risk mitigation.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly through executive‑ready materials, summaries, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree is an asset.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in business, technical, or functional analysis within complex technology‑enabled environments.
- Proven ability to lead highly complex, cross‑functional initiatives involving Finance, Technology, and Data domains.
- Strong understanding of business architecture and analysis concepts, including process modeling, requirements decomposition, decision traceability, and operating model considerations.
- Demonstrated experience working across multiple systems and platforms, assessing end‑to‑end impacts and dependencies.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with confidence influencing senior leaders and navigating ambiguity.
- Highly structured and analytical approach, able to synthesize complex information into clear insights and actionable outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise executive‑level documentation and presentations.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment while driving standards, consistency, and quality.
- Collaborative, team‑focused approach with a willingness to take initiative and build strong relationships.
- Experience in a large software or business information company is a plus.

Competitive base salary range for eligible U.S. locations: $110,000 – $204,200 USD, plus eligibility for an annual bonus based on performance.
