Supply Chain - Subcontract Management Senior, Level 3

Job Description

As a member of Lockheed Martin Global Supply Chain, you will impact major complex procurements of different contract types and will have continued interaction with Lockheed Martin program management and LM SCM Upper Leadership. You will operate autonomously and possess the business acumen required to interact with strategic supplier leadership chains.

You will be responsible for managing a major supplier’s production and sustainment efforts for a major subsystem on the F‑35, F‑16, C‑130, or F‑22 program. This includes leading the solicitation, evaluation, negotiation and award of purchase orders above and below the TINA threshold for repair, sustainment and production orders; engaging with the supplier to ensure compliance with both awarded and solicited efforts;

supporting relevant knowledge and resources through a Team Lead and manager; and handling technical documents, terms and conditions, and pricing alignment on all efforts.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX. It is a hybrid role requiring onsite work on Monday and Tuesday and remote work on the remaining days.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 – $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only;

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with SAP and procurement
• Experience with FAR, DFAR, and DoD programs
• Experience working in supply chain within the aerospace industry

• Extensive background with GSC processes and strategies
• Negotiation strategies
• Developmental contract experience
• Funding requirements for strategic sourcing
• Working knowledge of standard contract types
• Experience with strategic sourcing/finding second sources
