Job Overview

Zogo is looking for a Customer Success (CX) Account Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. The role will work closely with financial institution partners to support and cultivate relationships, own the partner lifecycle from start to finish, and ensure partner satisfaction with Zogo’s solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating product‑related requests and building long‑lasting relationships through regular touch points.
  • Lead new clients through onboarding processes for Zogo’s various products.
  • Identify and lead upsell opportunities across Zogo’s client base.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to ensure product developments align with client interests, guiding internal product decisions based on client feedback and needs.
  • Negotiate renewals to drive internal revenue targets.
  • Build partnership strategies to meet client and company goals.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify new opportunities and strategies for generating revenue.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years prior experience managing clients in an Account Management, Customer Success, or similar setting.
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working closely with internal teams.
  • Passion for problem‑solving, displaying a solutions‑oriented approach to challenges encountered.
  • Ability to manage internal and external responsibilities simultaneously across operations and client relationships.
  • Confidence in prioritizing objectives based upon dynamic business goals.
  • Ability to draw concise, impactful insights from client interactions.
  • MS Word/PowerPoint required.
  • Prior experience with Excel and/or SQL strongly preferred.
  • Preferred experience with SaaS products and/or products within the financial literacy space.
  • Preferred experience using GSuite, Hub Spot, Client Success (or CRM platforms in general).
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced and forward‑thinking environment.
  • Customer‑oriented and able to establish robust, long‑lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Confident in adapting to changing requirements with the ability to manage multiple projects and client opportunities concurrently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, strong organization, and negotiation techniques.
  • Team player who makes an effort to make all individuals feel respected and valued.
