Position: Business Analyst - Enterprise Asset Management / Capital Planning
Location: The Bronx

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives across operational and business functions. The Business Analyst will partner closely with cross-functional teams to document workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and help drive operational excellence. This is a fully remote position.

Business Analyst's Responsibilities and Duties

• Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes across multiple departments
• Create detailed process maps, workflows, and diagrams using Microsoft Visio
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and align business objectives
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization and operational improvement
• Develop clear and comprehensive business documentation, including requirements, workflows, SOPs, and process recommendations

Business Analyst's Qualifications and Skills

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on business process mapping and improvement
• Experience working in asset-intensive industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, utilities, or facilities environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for workflow design and process mapping
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
