Trade Compliance Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the oil & gas industry, is seeking a Data Analyst II to join their team. As a Data Analyst II, you will be part of the Trade Compliance Support team supporting global initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Trade Compliance Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months (potential to extend)
Pay Range: $41-$47/hr

What's the Job?

• Import, cleanse, validate, and analyze data to support trade compliance and data quality initiatives
• Consolidate and present data insights through charts, graphs, or tables to facilitate decision-making
• Interpret Restricted Party Screening results, review potential sanctions, and eliminate false positives
• Upload trade compliance documents into databases such as SharePoint and SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Review received documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to legal standards

What's Needed?

• Advanced experience with Excel and data analysis tools
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proven experience in document control, data entry, or related roles
• Experience with SharePoint 2016 ,SAP (familiarity with T-codes), and SQL are a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a dynamic environment
