As our Sales Operations Intern, you’ll support the systems and processes that help drive revenue growth. You’ll work closely with our Sales team to assist in streamlining workflows, optimizing Salesforce functionality, and turning data into insights that fuel better decisions.
Key tasks- Mapping the area, documenting processes, and building materials.
- Support the Sales team with Salesforce – helping with troubleshooting, updates, and day‑to‑day operations.
- Assist in building and updating dashboards that track sales performance, pipeline health and KPIs.
- Help review workflows and processes to spot opportunities for automation and improvements.
- Collaborate with the Sales Ops team on data checks, audits, and reporting to improve accuracy and forecasting.
- Provide support for documenting processes and creating guides for the sales team’s adoption.
- Gain hands‑on experience with CRM best practices and the commercial tech stack.
- Interest in Sales Operations, CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required) and how tech supports business growth.
- A background in Business, Data, or Technical studies (or equivalent practical interest/experience).
- Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with data, Excel/Sheets, and numbers.
- Curiosity to learn how sales teams operate and how operational processes can make them more effective.
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with different teams.
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
- Interns must be living in the Netherlands or be open to moving to the Netherlands, and hold a Dutch citizen service number (BSN).
- Availability to work remotely while in the Netherlands or from home when in the Netherlands.
