We are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment. This role will help Fever grow, improve efficiency, and maintain a best-in-class experience for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Participate in different company-wide projects focused on improving a specific area of the business.
- Have the opportunity to lead a project with the support of senior members of your team, ensuring it reaches the defined goals, objectives, and timelines.
- Lead the necessary analysis for the completion of multiple projects, identifying the best solutions considering client satisfaction, cost control, and profitability.
- Identify areas of improvement and work on the continuous improvement strategy across all areas of the business.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- You have 1-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related).
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.
- You are fluent in English.
- You have experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization.
- You embrace change and contribute to a fast-growing environment.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
