The ideal candidate for this Commercial Analyst role will support the Land Development and Construction team by analyzing financial data and providing key insights. You'll engage with various stakeholders to manage and grow our commercial relationships while adhering to Meridian's core values. Expect to take initiative in recommending products and services that directly benefit our Members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Relationship Managers with financial analysis and lending proposals

• Anticipate Needs: proactively address Member service requests

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for optimal solutions

• Maintain profitability across Member relationships

• Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent training

• 2+ years of experience in commercial credit roles

• Proficient in banking operations and procedures

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Openness to embracing new digital tools
